Logo Animation
For this Motion Graphics class assignment, I was tasked with creating a looping logo animation that highlights the power of animated branding. Using Adobe After Effects, I rebuilt the Wichita Wind Surge logo piece by piece, animating it with shape layers, path animation, and effects, and adding sound to bring it fully to life. This project allowed me to explore how logo animation can strengthen brand identity by capturing attention, building emotional connections, and enhancing recognition, key elements in creating a lasting impact.

Animated 404 Page
For this Motion Graphics class assignment, I was tasked with creating a 404 error page that transforms the usual frustration into an engaging and memorable experience. Using Adobe After Effects, I designed the page for Kendra Scott, drawing inspiration from their Elisa necklace and the “Hey Elisa! An Icon Goes on Tour” campaign. This project allowed me to explore the intersection of design, animation, and storytelling, creating a 404 page that reflects the brand’s personality while offering an interactive moment for users.

2024 Graphic Design Concepts Recap
In my Graphic Design Concepts class, I gained a greater understanding of Adobe Illustrator and the design process, which expanded my creative thinking. I worked on multiple projects, including creating posters that incorporate text, photographs, and graphics, as well as designing a logo and a newsletter cover that tells a story. Below, I’ve shared the projects I worked on in class and the creative process behind each design.

Book Covers
In my Typography 1 class, we were tasked with recreating ten book covers, ensuring each design stayed true to the book's essence while including essential elements like bleed areas, barcodes, and printing company details. Balancing creativity with practical requirements, I meticulously incorporated these features to maintain professional standards, all while capturing the heart of each story through thoughtful typography and design using Canva. Here I showcase my favorite five of the ten.

Infographics
In my Typography 1 class, we were assigned to create two infographics: one about a place we visit often and the other about a sustainable product. This project taught me how to design infographics that are both educational and visually appealing, balancing informative content with engaging aesthetics using Canva.
